Customized Training

The Program

The Missouri Customized Training Program is designed to assist eligible companies with training designed to meet their specific needs as they look to increase productivity and quality, introduce new technology, or add new products.

Types of training range from technical and quality training to "soft" areas such as leadership and team building, which may be needed to meet that company's specific skill gaps.  Assistance is available to offset a variety of training costs, including instruction, salaries, curriculum development, and training materials.
