Unemployment
You have lost your job! So, now what? If you were employed in Missouri, you can file a claim in one of two ways.
Filing Online
The best way is online, by going to http://www.moclaim.com. By clicking on "File Unemployment Claim, you will have the ability to file an unemployment claim. It is important that you read carefully through all of the information on every page. To view information about your claim, click on "View Unemployment Claim Status."
The menu on the left side of the page has helpful resources for you, including information on filing a claim in other states. Your initial payments will be on a debit card. If you have an account and want a direct deposit, that form can be found in the menu as well.
Filing by Phone
The second way to file a claim is by phone. The number is 1-800-320-2519. Follow the instruction prompts to file a claim. You can also find out about your claim status by using the phone.
